Frozen Shorts 'RAOC'- 1 Thundering Love

     Elsa sat up rubbing her eyes with a soft yawn, her hair was like Anna's as you could say but soon flattened out. She looked out the window, streams of water ran down the window, and light flashed every few moments. Suddenly Elsa heard her door creek open, she turned to see a sillhouet pop over. A loud grumbling of thunder shook the room, sending the figure yelping. The figure popped back in.

     "Elsa? Are you awake?" A familiar voice shook with fear, the figure took a complete step inside, lightning flashed showing the figure as Anna, she turned to the same shade as Elsa's skin. 

     "Anna! What's going on?" Elsa asked truly worried, Anna gulped, Elsa came up to her and put her hand on her sister's shoulder. Anna hugged Elsa and squeezed her as if she would leave and never return again. Suddenly a snap of lightning bursted, making Anna squeeze Elsa so tight that she could feel Elsa's heart beat soften. "Oh, Anna. Come on." Elsa said tenderly and softly, Elsa helped Anna over to the bed, Anna dived under the covers.

     "Make the thunder go away!" Anna whined, Elsa looked over at the window with sorrow. Anna was frightened out of her mind. 

     "I can't, Anna." Elsa said softly. Elsa heard a small whimper when a loud bang of thunder shook the room. Elsa looked over at Anna, she needed some love, but something inside her told her something. "Hey, where did Anna go?" Elsa asked in a sad tone picking up the edge of the covers to reveal a fifty shade paler than Elsa, Anna. "Hey look! Here comes Fluffy the Cat!" Elsa said cheerfully, partially embarrassed about still having all her stuffed animals, even Fluffy.  She grabbed Fluffy and gave him a fake walk, that earned a small giggle from Anna until lightning struck again. 

     Anna grabbed Fluffy and took a deep breath from the fur, it smelled like Elsa. She cuddled the stuffed animal as if Elsa was gone forever, she started crying. Elsa went under the furry covers, she saw Anna crying and cradling the stuffed cat in her arms. Elsa touched Anna's hair, it was soft and warm, she gently smoothed it out of her face and with a soft smile kissed her on the forehead. 

     "Elsa?!" Anna said as if Elsa had died and risen from the dead. Elsa smiled and smoothed her hair over again. Anna moved closer to Elsa, she rubbed her face into Elsa's side, taking a deep breath. Crisp and fresh, like the winter air. "Please don't go." Anna whispered, picked up by Elsa who hugged her sister into her side when lightning snapped forcing light into the room. 

     "I won't go, Anna. I promise, I won't leave you again." Elsa said soft and tender, it blew around the room like soft winter air, carrying snowflakes. The sisters hugged, it was soft, but full of love. Everyone knew Elsa would kill herself for Anna, and if they saw this, they would know that their queen is not going to be a killer for any unreasonable reason.

     Anna sensed something suddenly changed inside Elsa, more as if she was more than Elsa, something much more, but what was it? Anna cuddled up against Elsa, it finally got to her. She felt like their mother! But was it natural instinct?

     "How about hot chocolate?" Elsa offered, Anna cuddled up to Elsa.

     "What would happen if I said no?" Anna asked teasingly.

     "I would turn you into an ice cube!" Elsa laughed, she gently moved her hand through Anna's hair, it felt like silk. "Plus we both know you wouldn't say no either." Elsa said when she kissed Anna's forehead for the third time that night. 

     "You're right! So let's get some!" Anna quietly cheered, Elsa smiled, Anna was slowly easing back.

     The girls got out of the room and walked quietly down the hall, not having to creep, because Anna wasn't going to feed Elsa a whole coffee cake. Thunder striked shaking the castle or illuminating the room a bit, Anna would tightened her arm around Elsa's and whimpered or yelped. Elsa would look over into Anna's eyes, a beautiful shade of blue, just like Elsa's only Anna truly was beautiful. 

     "Elsa, do you ever get scared?" Anna asked tightening her hold on Elsa's arm. Elsa stopped, Anna gerking back in sudden stop. "Oh, I didn't mean for you to answer if you didn't want to, I just wasn't thinking. I'm sorry." Anna said as she looked as if she turned four again.

     "I-I don't know how to respond, I think I am very frightened of something like losing you is something that would hurt me and scare me to death." Elsa quietly responded to the question. Anna looked up at Elsa with hurt and worried eyes, her sister who seemed fearless, was actually... living in fear. 

     The girls reached the stairs, the banister nicely polished and gleaming. Thunder snapped after a few steps down the stairs sending Anna to an automatic stop on the steps. Elsa turned around with a worried feeling in her heart. 

     "Anna." Elsa said soft and tenderly, this caught Anna's attention, Elsa spoke exactly like mother, soft and tenderly. So it was an instinct, "Nothing is going to get you I promise." Elsa said in the same tone going up a step.

     "You promise?" Anna asked slightly relaxing. Elsa nodded, this helping Anna's courage. "Okay." Anna said coming slowly down the steps to hop up on the banister. Holding a hand out for Elsa, Elsa looked at Anna with bright eyes. She hopped up, holding onto Anna as the went around, flung off and landed in a pile of pillows.

     "A convient pile of pillows." Elsa giggled, Anna looked at her in confusion as if she didn't know the servants put them there so when she came off she would be safe. "Well let's go!" Elsa said pulling Anna. 

     The girls entered the kitchen, they saw milk and chocolate set out conviently, Elsa just shrugged, she grabbed a small sauce pan and heating it up. She poured the milk in, noticing Anna eating the chocolate before she even put some in. She grabbed a wooden spoon, happy for not having to use powers for something. She walked over right next to Anna with a look on her face that made Anna push the bag away, with an innocent smile. Elsa just laughed with a smile. This is the most Anna has ever seen Elsa so lovable and outgoing. 

     Lightning crashed, making Anna hit the floor. Elsa went on all fours and looked at Anna. She scrunched up her nose, Anna laughed, while they weren't paying attention, Kai and Gereda watched the two girls enjoy themselves. Squealing quietly with delight, Elsa tickled Anna causing her to struggle until lightning striked again making her hold Elsa's arm like a koala. 

     Elsa got up with a sad expression on her face, she checked the milk, it was nice enough for the chocolate. 

     "Anna, the chocolate please. And no, you can't eat it on your way!" Elsa warned playfully.

     "Okay! I'll take them while you melt the chocolate!" Anna giggled with delight and amusement. Elsa just shook her head, well they are sisters, oh well! "Elsa! Snow! Now!" Anna commanded, Elsa just waved her hand behind her while stirring. She heard a squeal of laughter, it warmed her to the core to hear Anna happy.

     Elsa never turned around to the sight Anna made. She continue with what she was doing, grabbing mugs, pouring, etc. etc. but when she turned around she nearly lost it, Anna some how arranged snow on her face and made a beard and mustace. Elsa laughed and shook her head. 

     Kai and Gerera watched this new Elsa carefully, acting motherly and sweet. They were actually interested with the slight change, but then again she did change when she almost killed her sister entirely. 

     "Okay, okay. No more games right now. Let's clean you up!" Elsa giggled as she crafted a snow rag and carefully wipped it off Anna's face, it collected onto the rag making it into a towel. Elsa heard a soft 'aww' in the background. "Don't worry, we'll play again in the morning." Elsa said smiling. Anna softly cheered, making Elsa smile softly.

      The sisters left the kitchen not noticing Kai and Gereda watching. The deposited themselves on a velvet couch. Drinking from the mugs normally and not sophisticated or Annaish. Just like normal people, well if you count having ice powers normal.

     "I love you Elsa" Anna said as she snuggled up against Elsa. Elsa rested her head on Anna's. 

     "I love you too." Elsa said placing the empty mugs on the side table. Elsa yawned, "Well we should get so- Anna?" Elsa asked looking at her sleeping sister. She chuckled, "I love you too Anna." Elsa said as she gently turned her body to get comfortable on the couch. Anna suddenly woke to the shifting, looking around something caught her eyes. 

     "Elsa, I dropped this." Anna said returning with Fluffy. Anna looked extremely tired. Elsa just smiled and sat it in her lap, lying on her back twisting her legs and folding them in, just before Anna sat back down and went back to sleep. Anna rested her head on Elsa's stomach. Elsa put her hands in Anna's.

     "Good night Anna." Elsa said kissing Anna's forehead. She pulled her sleeping sister up to her chest and held her protectively. She, too, soon fell asleep, only having a soft smile on her face. 

     Kai and Gereda creeped out to look at the royals. They looked beautiful asleep, serenity over their faces with happiness. No worries about the raging world or past. Just them together, Gereda took the mugs. They looked back at the sisters. Different attitudes suprize even the staff, but Elsa's was special. They looked at each other and they now understood. True love can thaw a frozen heart. 

     Yep! I think I did well do you? I need propts, but the next one is also a RAOC! So I didn't even draft it like this, except Kai and Gereda spying, hot chocolate, and the couch. Yes I did draft the couch, this is sweeter than the draft, the draft talked about Elsa's true feelings. This one I think I made Elsa the perfect mother and sister! XD Oh well. Prompts are always welcomed!
